All orders must be placed through the secure 'shop' page on this website. All communication regarding products may be directed by email to Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. To cancel or modify an order, please contact me at within 24 hours of order placement.  

If you need your item sooner, don't hesitate to contact me regarding availability at I will do my best to accommodate rush orders. 


All items sold on this website are handmade and 'MADE TO ORDER.' Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time. All orders will ship USPS Priority 2 day mail. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order ships. 


Any item which arrives damaged in shipment will be replaced for free, provided a photo documenting the damage sent to 

Any full-price merchandise purchased from may be returned for a full refund exclusive of any and all shipping charges if received within 14 days of receipt of shipment, pending approval. 

All returns must be requested by contacting prior to return shipment. Items sent for return or exchange must be in original, undamaged, saleable condition. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely in the original gift boxing and original shipping box or a comparable carton. If gift boxes are damaged and in unusable condition, $5 will be deducted from the return. Waterstone Succulents retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are received after 14 days of receipt. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer except where an item is deemed faulty and/ or damages. If / When refunds are issued they will be applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping costs. Waterstone Succulents is unable to refund any customs or duties incurred on items shipped outside North America.
