shipping + Returns

In order to offer such a large range of colors and designs, all items are 'MADE TO ORDER.' Please allow a 7-14 day production period before orders ship. If you are needing your item sooner, please don't hesitate to contact me using the 'CONTACT' page or by emailing me at Michelle@WaterstoneSucculents.com, and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. 

HOLIDAY SHOPPERS~ Please place your orders before December 15th to ensure arrival before December 25th!

All orders within the United States ship Priority (1-2 day) mail through the United States Postal Service. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Although all items are packaged for shipment very carefully, rare accidents in handling may occur. Any item which arrives damaged in shipment will be replaced free of charge, provided a photo documenting the damage is sent to Michelle@WaterstoneSucculents.com within 48 hours of receipt of order.  

Items purchased from waterstonesucculents.com may be returned for a full refund exclusive of any and all shipping charges if a return is begun by contacting Michelle@waterstonesucculents.com within 1 week of receipt of order, pending approval. 

All returns must be approved by contacting Michelle@waterstonesucculents.com prior to return shipment. Items sent for return or exchange must be in original, undamaged, saleable condition. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely in the original gift boxing and original shipping box or a comparable carton. If gift boxes are damaged and in unusable condition, $5 will be deducted from the return. Waterstone Succulents retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are shipped after 14 days of arrival. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer except where an item is deemed faulty and/ or damaged. If / When refunds are issued they will be applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping costs.
